Stronger, without getting slower.
If your sport is not powerlifting, rugby or the ADF, this is your entry point. I do not claim to know the technical side of your sport. I know how to make an athlete stronger and more durable without taking away what makes them good at it, and that part transfers.
Who is this for?
Athletes in any code who need strength work that fits around a season someone else controls. League, union, AFL, cricket, hockey, martial arts, rowing, athletics. Your sport coach owns the skill. I own the gym.
You have a season, not a meet
Fixtures, selection and a training schedule you do not set. The gym work has to bend around that, and most generic programs do not.
You have been burnt by generic programs
A bodybuilding split in season, or a template that assumed you had five free days. Both leave you tired for the thing that actually counts.
You are afraid of getting slow
A reasonable fear, and the reason most athletes under-train strength. Done properly it does not happen, and the speed work stays in the week to make sure.
What actually transfers between sports?
Not drills. Four things, and they are the same four whether you scrum, sprint or row. This is why I can coach your strength without pretending to coach your sport.
Force into the ground
Squat and hinge strength underpins sprinting, jumping, changing direction and winning contact. It is the least sport-specific quality there is, and the most useful.
Producing it quickly
Being strong slowly is not enough. Short, sharp, high-intent work sits in the week and is kept away from your heaviest days so neither ruins the other.
Tolerating the position
Every sport has positions it repeatedly puts you in. Being strong there, rather than only in textbook positions, is what keeps you available.
Doing it in round 18
Availability is a trainable quality. The best ability really is being fit to be picked, and that is a programming outcome rather than luck.
What I will not pretend to do
I will not coach your technical skill, your tactics or your position. I have no background in your sport unless it is rugby, and I will say so rather than dress up general strength work as sport science. If your constraint is skill rather than strength, I am the wrong purchase and I will tell you.
Your sport has already spent most of your budget
Every athlete has a band of load they can absorb and adapt to. Yours is already mostly filled by training nights, matches and travel. The gym gets what is left, which is why in-season programming that ignores your fixture list is the most common way athletes end up hurt or flat.
I measure what is left
Your logged sessions, loads, RPE, sleep and soreness, in IronLedger. That tells me how much room the gym actually has this week, rather than how much I would like it to have.
The plan moves with the season
Off-season is where strength gets built. In season it gets defended with less work, placed carefully. Those are different programs, not the same one with fewer sets.
A person makes the call
The data shows the pattern. I decide what to cut the week you have a final, a long trip, or three matches in nine days. That judgement is the product.
How much does online coaching cost?
Three coaching tiers, all billed weekly. Monthly check-ins at $49, weekly check-ins at $69, and weekly check-ins with managed nutrition at $89. Most in-season athletes want weekly check-ins, because the plan has to move with a fixture list you do not control. The PFA Readiness Check is free. Every tier is by application, because I only take clients I can actually move.

Founding cohort
9 of 10 places openApplications are open now. The first 10 clients take 20% off whichever tier they pick, locked for as long as they stay, in exchange for documented results and a testimonial. That is the trade: the practice is new, and I need proof that is not my own.
Client results
No client results published yet, and I have invented none. Applications are open now. The founding cohort is the first 10 clients, and I will publish their numbers and dates here as they come in.
Testimonials
None yet, and none invented. The founding cohort exchanges a locked rate for a testimonial once there is something real to say. Until then, my own record is the proof, and it is published by someone else.
